The Right to Knowledge

It has always been our privilege,
To seek the answers to unknowable questions,
Within the parameters of time,
Passed from Father to Son, Mother to Daughter,
Yet we still push and prod looking to Leaders for inspiration,
Challenging our right to know,
And learning new truths when we reject what we believe,
Who’s information is this anyway, is it real and can it be touched?
Do we all get to know even if we shouldn’t and can it be passed to others?
In order to learn and expand, can we even trust them?
Who harass for the answers,
Available if you know where to look,
To use for self enhancement or feeding off the scraps of others,
We need to stop harming the World.
