Be yourself

Be yourself I told myself. I knew the winds would blow to knock me down, but the strength and courage in me will help me see what I can do. The inside of me will help me defeat the problems and troubles that come in front of me. I will look inside myself when trouble comes. I will not let anyone defeat me. I will not let anyone crush my hopes. I need a reason to live. I know living as someone else will do no good for me. I will need to live as myself and show others what I can do. Being me is better than being anyone else; there is nothing better than that for me. I might not be perfect but being myself makes me be me.
