Sometimes it seems it’s become too much,
And eventually I’ll have to let go.
But then I remember the love in your eyes
And the caring you always show.
You never fail to be there.
You’re always by my side.
And though it sounds a bit cliche,
I need you in my life.
I do not know how this will end,
But I do know what I wish.
We’re standing in a gorgeous church
And the pastor says, “You may kiss..”
So, here and now, I come to you.
For the Lord has shown me a sign.
I’m down on one knee, with ring in hand,
Asking if you’ll be mine.
To you I’ll give my everything.

I’ll be there for you, every step.
And catch you if you fall.
