Irritating
Every time we be conversating
You can’t get off your high horse
And walk around like all us other human beings
You’d rather point out flaws
Then say you’re not discriminating
It’s all fun and games
Because you’re just making
Points to help me realize what I do vs. what I’m saying
Doesn’t make sense to all those brain waves waving
If I change my mind
Gee, that means I must be faking
When really I just might be gaining
Insight which makes my mind worth changing
To get me to the end goals I’ve been making
To better myself and build this road we been paving
But it’s hard to want to drive on it with you
When all I hear from you is hesitation
Because you need justification
To gauge my rationalization
To see if I have a hidden motive
Behind my words like I’m lying
I won’t lie to you, yes, it’s draining
Me of all my patience
When you’re picking
When you’re nipping
When you’re ripping into me
Like I’m not trustworthy
Like I’m doing the dirty
Like I’m planning to take all your money and flee
What’s the problem?
Who has dropped in?
And made your mouth run constantly?
With accusations
With all the subtle hints
That my personality is the problem
Not you, just me
