I’m feelin’
a bit congested
Now my soul is infested

Time to invest
in inner peace through confession

My inner voices holdin’ signs
as they protest my ascension
They banter, pray for my loss
while servin’ tough surface tensions
I’m ecstatic, and not to mention
all the joy you produce
(Yet I’ve had it!) My full attention
keeps my neck from the noose
I’m losin’ it!
and usin’ again
Used to cruisin’ emotions
My fuse is lit!
My head’s in the sand
Losin’ tears in the ocean
Acoustic hits!
The dread of a “BOOM!”
keeps my demon from speakin’
With lucid bits
Emergency room
Loosen lips, vessels leakin’
Surfin’ above the current,
balancin’ act is a talent
On sunny days, my “doom and gloom”
produces jest for the dragon
I can imagine better worlds
where all the answers are fed (…but)
without questions, well I reckon
that we’re already dead
that last stanza was especially good
