He worshipped the ground she walked on
She saw him maybe more than a friend
A snatched kiss on the Church lawn
An embrace at the lane`s end
Today he would tell her how he felt
She was totally unaware

The signs had always been there

I`m pregnant and i have to end it

And then he read the final bit
Hit him like a thunderbolt out of the blue
