Sugar, Spice, and Thoughtless Trite?

Sugar, Spice, & Thoughtless Trite?

It’s a peaking kind of interest that you think you see an angry beast,
Attempting to ‘get my goat’ so your sadism can feast,
Do my words offend or cut too hard and creep?
Should I instead speak of happy flutterbies kissing larynx deep?
Perhaps a rainbow image with a coveted pot of gold,
Will ease your unsolicited criticism that’s broken, cheap and cold,
Perhaps what you see is what’s reflecting your family tree,
Or simply jabbing others is what it takes to make you free,
I’m quite content in who I now am,
Does that cause unease for your pretentious sham?,
You don’t upset me, never have,
Actually it seems you’re the one who seems sad,
And it actually kinda perks my interest of your mysterious motives,
Questioning why the need to try to candidly influence my attitude to stoic,

It’s funny Ma’m as your
Seedy underhanded plan
Actually fuels my juices
So imperfect and loving it,

So thank you sweetie for your random callous words,
So boring, so confused and hatching thoughtless literary turds,

Unique may be a new concept from which you flee,
But art is more than just a raw written diary,

Is it a new adventure to pour your injured soul out to Hunny?-
Or a misunderstanding thats illuminating your own dark melancholy?

Emotion is a beautiful attribute-
Less can be said of condescending like a prude,
My passion bursts like my taste buds so alive and aggressive,
Maybe live a bit more social to appreciate works so intensive,

Not so much offended as maybe most might be,
As I’m enlightened more each day thanks to the proverbial knowledge fruit tree,

Was that a test-
To peel away my best?,
Or to try to crack my house of glass-
That I’ve assembled of artificial sugar, spice and timeless class?,

Open your mind and attempt the artful read once more,
Available is a story with opportunity to penetrate critical doors,
And let the world school you little girls,
On what reality and deep thoughts can do for your
perfect curls
