Toxin

I know that it’s killing me, like venom in my veins
Different faces, but it’s always the same 
Now, I’m confronted again and this time the choice is mine to make 
Is it time to cut out the cancer? To destroy the poison from my system 
To distance myself from the water extinguishing my flame
The only issue is, the loneliness kills much faster then this toxin can
