Dearest Emily–
I am a prisoner just like you
I sit near the window
Watching the neighbours go by
One day, suddenly, the snow began to fall
It was light, but burdened with solitude
As the children were out to play
Making snowmen and play fort
I dreamt of us making snow angels
But we are too old for such silly games
Instead, we had gone for a sleighride in the country
Watching the Northern Lights come out and dance
We drank hot cocoa until dawn
Then arrived home for a rest
To do it all over once more
Love, SchiZ
