That Sunday we were still in our bed
We did have plans but found the weather to be fouled
So, we didn’t leave the bed and turned on the TV
But there was nothing to watch
Except the TV preachers who do nothing
But cry about not have enough money
So, we binged on Netflix until we became hungry
And ate leftover pizza from last night’s dinner for brunch
We talked about what we should do next
But it always about going out
And looking at the weather channel, we were both disappointed
We found out about the storm
As we pulled the comforter over our heads
Made love that afternoon
