Anderson DCCCLXXII

Thou smile has the renewest thine faith

Thy frown ceases into eternity

O’ let us go to the forest

And consummate our love

As a flight of a dove

Goes to heaven

Any thy bread becomes leaven

We will eat and be merry

And we will carry

Day into night

And drink the sweetest wine

Heed not whine

Let thou remove thy clothes

And sleep a dream until

Morning’s light

Of kissing you in the night

  1. A very amorous interlude between two intertwined souls it would appear.
