One can’t escape universal law with its cause and effect

the consequences to our actions.

One might get away with doing wrong but only for a while

giving one a sense of false safety and bravado

assuming to be above God and His universal law

thinking that the time will never come to make one accountable.

Yet no amount of  foolish dissent or denial can erase

what sooner or later must be paid

for the universe always balances its scales.

In all above I told the truth, didn’t come here just to fool ya!

King David though he got away with murder

when he took Uriah’s wife, Bathsheba

summoning her to his palace and getting her pregnant.

Then king David arranged to send his faithful soldier,  Uriah, out to battle

assigning him to the front line to get him killed

so he could then marry his widow, Bathsheba.

King David though his secret plan would succeed

and that no one would suspect a thing

and he would then appear noble before the people’s eyes

by marring his soldier’s widow.

He was wrong

God was watching!
