Don’t feel sad for what is broken
nor for words that were unspoken
we can’t stop the waves at sea
nor put an on-and-off switch on the sun.
Somethings happen for good reason
and some are out of our control
trying to force things to go our way
is going against the laws of the universe
it will only frustrate and make things null.
I put my trust in Jesus Christ and do my best
the rest is up to God
for my help comes from above.
