It’s very quiet here. . . Poetfreak was so alive and constructive before it was taken down and this one.
Why was it taken down?!
I don’t know either. 🙁 I loved Poetfreak the most before. The poets interacted more. Nevertheless, I got so much hope for the new Poetfreak.
Now it’s quiet, but it will be better. Spread the word and share on socials.
I joined yesterday and was thinking the exact same thing.
Such a shame as it’s a nice intuitive site.
Hope it we get the chance to enjoy a more lively community soon!
The original poetfreak.com which I, as countless others, dearly loved, did not have such requirements. Poets and poetesses, any user in fact, posted what suited their fancy and if others chose to comment, they did. If you wanted constructive criticism you needed to ask for it. I found users generally only desired kudos, which were simple enough to give. Even the ever popular AP, while it requires commentary, does not guarantee critiques. Last I checked, you have fun, and leave it at that.
