I woke up the usual way, though, a little late

Then got my laptop ready and posted some poetry

Wrote two poems

Took a break for soup

Another two poems were produced

Watching several episodes of a TV show starring Ice-T

Went outside to stretch my legs getting the mail

By then it was three in the afternoon

Came back and wrote my last poem

I agonise on what to draw

Then, a friend called and told her I was lonely

After that, took a shower

By five, the tears arrived

And didn’t leave until five-thirty

Dinner arrived after I started to draw–I did three

Washed the dishes and gave back the ones

Belonging to my sister upstairs

Started reading my book

Inspiration hit on me more

Now, I am ending my very last poem of the day
