Life: A Story by Me
An 81-Year-Old’s Reflection
Life is a story written by none other than ourselves. I am 81 years old, carrying the weight of an unusual past life. Was it about making money? No. Was it for fame? No. What I seek is simply a friendly response from human beings. The rest of the world is free to chase fame, money, or even notoriety.
Our memories, whether good or bad, are uniquely ours. They accompany us until the end. Living, I suggest, is like a book—the words at the finish of your book, or your life, mark the end of its adventure. Then it says, “The End.”
Just a reflection: A smile is free, and laughing is a happy bonus.
