One of my favorite things to do is walk through a meadow or some nice, calm woods and look at the surrounding flowers. Have you ever felt a petal? It’s silky and smooth and perfect. And the leaves and stems come in all shapes and sizes. But the best part is the color. Sometimes they can explode in your face. The colors can be soft and soothing, but others can be loud, and obnoxious. They can be fireworks on a grassy sky, exploding like a glitter bomb, across the atmosphere, or a quiet lullaby on a green stage. They can be a diamond in the rough. All in all, flowers are one of the best of God’s creations.

This is beautiful. It makes me tear up when I see people walk past flowers without even a second look. They are astounding and this is a wonderful poem x
