interesting, but why quiet a thought? who will notice?
It is the obligation to be present in a moment. If I am to allow my thoughts to continue I am not present. This is not something that can always be afforded. There is a requirement, whether real or self imposed, to be present in conversation as well as being focused on my duties. Thank you for reading
