Experimental Glosa
To be or not to be that is the question.
Whether ‘tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune.
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles.
Will Shakespeare 1564-1616
To be or not to be that is the question
No one can answer to full satisfaction
Methinks thy question is rhetorical.
WE have to Be: given no choice at all.
Whether ‘tis nobler in the mind to suffer.
So much depends on what you would prefer.
The lasting peace that’s offered you by death
or fight until you draw your final breath.
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune.
Strike randomly; may bring you low too soon.
Nobody can foresee what is to be
The future must remain a mystery.
Or take up arms against a sea of troubles.
Your chance of victory redoubles.
If you accept responsibility
to reject defeat decisively.
