Alone she stands
In crystal space,
Fully adorned
In frozen lace –
A silent sentinel;
Ice and snow
Encase her form,
Newly fallen
From winter storm –
It compliments her well;
Once a warm
And caring soul,
Time and winter
Took their toll –
As icey crystals formed;
Sun shall come
At winter’s end,
Soon her frozen
Heart shall mend –
Once again to bloom.
