Never Erase From My Mind

Darkness all around
The sound of laughter and crying
and screams of pain
They all took over my body
took over my mind
took over my soul
I dream of that day every night
of the way he would look at me
of the way i felt
of the pain i felt
I can still see the smile on his face
He was enjoying this
of seeing someone in pain and cry out for help
knowing that no one will listen
that no one will help a poor soul
who had to go through this torture
Everyday I wake feeling numb
recalling that dream
that day
that night of pure torture
that I will never erase from my mind
