Searching

Even though I can’t see you,
I feel you, I sense you.
A rain drop the falls to my skin,
A delicate disturbance that awakens my senses
as it rolls, slides gently over the contours of my flesh.

The sound of the wind as it echoes through the day
and roars through the night.
Kissing my, caressing me and scaring me.

In the trees, in the faces, in the beautiful lakes,
in the sky, the clouds and the sun that keeps me warm
and yet burns my eyes.
In the moon and the stars that twinkle coolly down
upon me, smiling and singing

If I feel you everywhere,
why am I still searching for more?
Why can’t it be enough knowing in my heart
I’ve found you?
But not being able to just let my grip go.
