The government running the lives of our men
Ruining the country we’ve tried so hard to defend
Corrupting the minds of so many individuals
Trying to make us “One and indivisible”
Running our country straight into the ground
Expecting us to sit back and not make a sound
Ordering us to other lands to kill
Just to build another oil fill
Using our courage and love for our country
They use us to make money then erase our memory
Yet so few get paid with the cash we get
So how is our economy the one who profits?
Treating us like slaves they lock us away
Silencing the truth in cells day by day
Trying to erase it in due time
So we don’t remember to speak our mind
Ruling over us with an Iron fist
Calling us to war leaving families pissed
Men left on foreign ground to die
Women crying kneeling with hands held high
Men in black silencing some of the Truth’s best
Soon I too shall be silenced like the rest
But until then I’ll speak my mind in this youth
So that the world may know what I call TRUTH.
