Dare thee stare
Into the eyes of the water?
For water has no form, no solubility,
Yet its heart shall beat the test of time in fire, ice, death and wind,
It shall caress your soul just to consume your heart
With visions of mightiest woe
It will break the strings of thee mind
With but a whisper of echoed loss;
A laugh now drifting amongst time;
Water always triumphs
You are but an irritational obstacle,
Water is the starving man’s guardian angel
Of hope and inspiration.
Doth thy see the twilight rays of beauty shine into your eyes?
The waters sigh as it wipes its gentle hand over the forgotten,
Scream! Hear it’s scream!
Of wind and fire doth shrink back
Into thee caves of rotten darkness, in fear
For water will beat you
Make you bleed
It shall reach it’s beautiful hand into your soul
And squeeze the life like blood out of a rock!
Water shall destroy the petty obstructions of wood and metal!
It seeks nothing only destruction!
Death!
Pain!
Yet…
Look at thee beautiful water, my darling,
Look at its stunning light!
