If this a dream, may it never be shed,
as I’ve rolled to find an angel in bed.
Warm to touch and soft to kiss,
this feeling never do I wish to miss
Her gentle breath, her silken hair,
lay next to me, in this bed we share.
The smoothest skin, with the lightest glow.
This emotion deep, thought I’d never know
But next to me this vision be,
I try not to wake her for fear she flee.
Her eye lids flicker, her lips do part,
the sound emitted, sooths my heart.
She smiles at me, I get a teary eye,
for her sheer beauty, makes me cry.
I touch her face, like a snow flake,
and this vow to her, I solemnly make.
“Let life bring upon us what it will,
this love felt for you, it’ll never kill.
With an open mind and a softened heart,
together forever, may we never part”.
