It’s been a while,
since I felt your smile,
schools over it’s time,
to have a holiday,
to say gidday to Pop,
and hi to Steve and Fay.
To build castles in the sand,
as I think of friends
Who live in another land,
Like Carol and Sue
and of cause Patti too.
I’ll be here for a while,
because you all make me smile.
