the devil in your brain

from the first moment
that you realised
that you are alive
that you are a person
being human
being you
being

to now this moment
so far forward in time
you are an old man now
the boy your were
is so long ago, so far away
beyond your reach
beyond anybodies reach
inside your brain
some thing makes you feel
as being still a boy
a young boy, a fit boy
a strong boy, sharp
knowing inside you
but your body outside forgot
soon you will realise
that it isn’t you, not the boy
that makes you being
soon you will know
it is this devil
this your brain
that moves you
