why does encouragement discourage me?
WHY does a compliment make me want to give up?
i just DONT KNOW WHY
support feels like an INSULT
and love feels like a kick in the gut
and even such
when someone tells me i cannot
when someone says i will fail
when i am told to quit
or if i am insulted
i am motivated
i become galvanized
and i feel encouraged
and i continue with joy
and confusion
and no one
